Parish Council Meetings for 2012 Print

All meetings commence at 7.45 pm.

Prior to the start of each meeting, apart from the Annual Meeting, there will be an Open Forum, in which the first fifteen minutes are available for members of the public to raise any issue with the Parish Council.

The Planning Committee.  In addition to planning matters being considered at the main Parish Council meetings, the Planning Committee meets at The Bounty two weeks on the Monday following each of the above dates, commencing at 8.00pm.

The Finance Committee usually meets in March and December - dates and times to be advised.

The Annual Parish Meeting will be held at 7.30pm on Monday 16th April at the White Hart Barn, Godstone.  All are welcome.
